When you use our contact form we collect: first name, last name, phone number (optional), company name (optional), email address, the service you are enquiring about, and your message.

3. Purpose & legal basis

We process your data to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) and, where you have given explicit consent, to send you commercial information (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Retention

Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, or for the duration required by applicable law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at info@ductransport.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD / GBA).
